Automatic L-Bar Sealer

Automatic L sealers are particularly versatile machines, designed to wrap solid products or products on trays of small, medium and large dimensions, using shrinkable and non-shrinkable films. An L Sealer is an intermittent wrapping machine, its L shaped sealing bar descends when the product arrives.

Using Polyolefin, Polythene or PVC centre folded films, the product is placed between the two halves before the film is sealed around the product to produce a fully enclosed wrap.

The single vertical bar guarantees the same pressure on all parts of the film and as a result, the package is completely closed and the tightness of the wrapping is consistent. Also, where the quantity of film joined around the product is limited, lots of film is saved!

Packshop’s complete solution consists of an L Sealing system and a separate heat Shrink Tunnel.
