Hands free securing of parcels with automatic tension, sealing and cutting of polypropylene strapping. Tension is set by user and depends on product being strapped. Best suited for regular, everyday use where products/ packages being strapped can vary in shape and weight and may require one or more straps, also ideal for bundling together packages for shipment.

Operation is either by foot pedal or parcel sensor making this machine ideal for volume throughput and production line environments. Waist height quick coil change and high level control panel. Adjustable table height.

Quantity: Available to order as a single machine and comes with one free 1000m roll of strapping measuring 12mm wide x 0.55mm thick and with a high break strain of 145kg.

Size and shape options: This machine measures 840mm wide x 650mm deep x 1305mm high with an adjustable table height. Use with 12mm polypropylene strapping. Strapping rolls require at least a 200mm core.

Weights and limits: The machine automatically adjusts the strapping tensioning force between 1 - 35kg to suit the size and property of the package.This machine has a net weight of 280kg and can easily be manoeuvred anywhere in the warehouse with a 230V power supply.

Materials: Only suitable for polypropylene (PP) strapping.
