L Bar Sealer Shrink Tunnel Combo

The shrink tunnel supplies heated air to an enclosed chamber for the purpose of shrinking a polymeric film around a package for physical protection and improve the appearance of containers or products. This tunnel includes an electronically controlled conveyor for carrying packages through the chamber.

L-SEALER

The L-Type Bar Sealer performs up to 16 items per minute, suitable for Polyolefin, PVC shrink packaging materials. The L-type bar sealing arm moves down when the operator presses a dual push button system, operated by an air powered pneumatic system. Arm remains down during the sealing time. The pneumatic system pulls back sealing arm once the sealing cycle completes. Powered conveyor belt feeds out product from sealing area. Sealing L-Type bar can be automated by switching the machine to the auto mode and adjusting the sealing time interval.
