Manual Induction Sealing Machine 20 - 100 mm

Our new portable electromagnetic manual induction sealer can be used to seal containers with aluminium foil liners. Great for pharmacy, chemical, pesticide, food, cosmetic and other light industries.

It will quickly and efficiently seal containers and bottles made from polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester and glass. Our Induction Sealer is simple to use and produces perfect results every time. The Induction Sealer consists of (a) The control box and (b) The induction head.

This product is design for power ratings of 220v and can seal bottles with a diameter from 20 mm to 100mm. It can seal bottles at high speed, there is no need to wait between sealing of bottles.

The machine is hand operated and one press of a button with perform the sealing operation. Sealing time is adjustable between 0.1 to 5 seconds.
