The unit takes flat corrugated boxes from a magazine rack, opens the collapsed forms into boxes, and applies self-adhesive (pressure-sensitive) tape to the bottom of each case, forming a strong, clean, and uniform bottom seal. The end result is an open box that is ready to be filled. The process is quick and easy and requires little human involvement. The Automatic Case Erector produces professional-looking boxes; while saving space, economizing material costs, and reducing fatigue and personnel costs. Able to reach speeds of up to 12 cases per minute (depending on box configuration).
